For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Euregionaal Congresburo processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Correct execution of our services: We use the data you fill in on the registration form of a meeting/event/e-learning to prepare, execute and handle the meeting as well as possible and tailored to your personal needs. If you decide to mention personal data on an evaluation form of a meeting, this data can be used to contact you based on your evaluation or comments. This will always happen within a maximum of 4 weeks after the relevant meeting. After that, the personal data will be deleted from the data and the original forms will be destroyed.

Sending digital newsletter: When you sign up for our newsletter based on double (confirmed) opt-in via our registration form, we use your email address to send it, as well as your name (optional) and the industry you work in. We keep this data until you unsubscribe from our newsletter via the unsubscribe link shown at the bottom of each newsletter or by sending an email to: info@congresburo.com.

Assessment of application: Data we collect from you in the context of an application will be deleted after evaluation, but no later than 4 weeks after the application process has ended, unless you have given us permission to keep the data for a longer period.
